Hi, we’re oneUp. We build startups with emerging technology for big corporates. We have developed an integrated approach which we call Startup Thinking. We help our clients with everything from coming up with new ideas, validating and testing them with real consumers, to creating a system for your organization to innovate all the time. Next to our day-to-day operations we focus on developing most promising emerging technologies in the oneUp Lab.

After submitting your application, our Talent Team will review your application carefully.

Our first selection can result in either a phone interview or rejection. During the phone interview we aim to complete your professional profile and like to hear more about your personality and drive.

After an enjoyable phone interview you will have an interview at our office in Amsterdam. Exciting!

During this interview you will meet one of our Talent Team colleagues and discuss the role and mutual expectations. We LOVE great examples that emphasize your skills and talents.

Afterwards we discuss the follow up.

Following the first interview is an assessment where you can showcase your talent. This is where you shine as you can tell your future colleagues exactly where your expertise lies.

The last step in the interviewing process is a meeting with one of the founders of oneUp. Ask anything!

Now it’s time to get to the offer part. You will receive an offer from oneUp and we’ll get you onboarded asap!
